Gaming machines without cash prizes art. 110 co. 7 T.U.L.P.S., the indications for the management and issuing of the authorizing titles provided by A.D.M.
The Customs and Monopoly Agency, with a circular signed by the interim central director Stefano Saracchi, has made known all the information concerning the management and issuance of the necessary authorizations for gaming machines without cash prizes pursuant to art. 110 paragraph 7 of the T.U.L.P.S., to the Directorial Determination prot. n. 18.05.2021 n. 151294 / RU (DRTEC), as well as the administrative regulation of the same and the Directorial Determination prot. 172999 / RU of 1.06.2021 (DRA) subsequently amended as a result of the Directorial Determination prot. n. 480037 / RU of 16.12.2021 (DRA-M). the last mentioned provision, as known, mainly intervened by making a change of a temporal nature in relation to the effectiveness of the authorizing titles issued for the devices already on the market and the obligations required of the operators in the sector for the purpose of maintaining them in operation.
