The Customs and Monopoly Agency, in a communication sent to the betting concessionaires, reminds you that the concessions and regulations for the collection of bets on the physical network expiring in the above time frame must be understood as extended until 30 June. This is in line with the provisions of the Cura Italia Decree, according to which the concessions and authorizations expiring between January 31, 2020 and the date of termination of the state of emergency retain their validity for the ninety days following the end of the the emergency itself, currently set at 31 March 2022. However, it remains understood that the amount of the guarantees must be adjusted by 31 March.
