Lawyer Stefano Sbordoni, in an interview given a few days ago to Agimeg.it on the so-called Salvasport tax (the 0.5% levy on bets), commented positively on the decision of the Lazio Regional Administrative Court, which in the council chamber of 3.29.2023, decided not to proceed with the suspension request but to refer directly to the merits in the public hearing on 28 June next to definitively decide this story with a sentence. In fact, according to the well-known Roman lawyer, the Administrative Court of Lazio "is aware that it must reach a sentence by August, the month in which payments should start" and, therefore, "it is obvious that there will have to be a decision before that date".
