The new D.P.C.M., signed by the Prime Minister the last December 3, confirms the closure of the gaming, betting and bingo halls from December 4, 2020 until January 15, 2021
The 21st D.P.C.M. of this difficult 2020 was signed on December 3 by the Prime Minister Conte. It provides, in particular, in art. 1 co. 10 letter L, in order to combat and contain the spread of the COVID-19 virus throughout the country, the suspension of all "activities of amusement arcades, betting rooms, bingo halls and casinos, even if carried out inside of premises used for different activities "until at least 15 January 2021. The closing of the halls and of the betting and slot activities in bars, tobacconists and corners is therefore confirmed.
