Silvia Comoglio

An expert in commercial and corporate law, reinsurance, insurance law and the law of the public gaming

She has been a member of the Bar Association of Rome since 1998 and collaborates with the Sbordoni Law Firm since 2003.

She deals with grants to operate public gaming and related issues concerning the licensor relations, the establishment of companies in the sector, and the contracts related to that activity. An expert in the field of reinsurance, she assists companies in contracts and disputes concerning treaties and managing reinsurance relationships. She has experience dealing with insurance law since the end of the 1980’s when she assisted leading insurance companies.

She has been following the field of liberal professions since 1998 and consulting with the National Council of Italian Professional Orders and Colleges.
She has co-written two books published by Giuffrè, in the series “Le Libere Professioni“, concerning the Order of Chartered Accountants and Public Accountants and that of Surveyors. She is an expert in the field of Information Law in the Political Science Department at the University of Tuscia in Viterbo.
