Lawyer in Rome, advocate in the Supreme Court, expert in insurance law (non-life and life insurance, guarantees, civil liability), in tax litigation (Presidential Decree no. 602/73; Law no. 689/81 and related laws) concerning tax collection files, notices and administrative stoppages and in debt collection/recovery procedures.
He is a member of the Insurance Law Commission at the Rome Bar Association Council, for which he is also a speaker at conferences and courses on insurance matters.
He has collaborated with the Normative Guide/Il Sole 24 Ore magazine with publications on insurance matters. He has been appointed arbitrator in some arbitration boards.
He graduated in law from the La Sapienza University of Rome.
He graduated in Community law from the Robert Schuman school in Rome.
He obtained two diplomas in classical piano for exams held at the S. Cecilia Conservatory in Rome and the diploma in pre-advanced jazz piano at the Ciampi Music school in Rome. He practiced basketball, athletics and handball at a youth level.
