Venice Casino’s invitation to tender
Open procedure for choosing a Financial advisor for valuation services of CMV GIOCO, a business entirely subsidiary to and held by the company “Casinò Municipale di Venezia S.p.A” (“Cà Vendramin Calergi” and “Ca’ Noghera”).
The tender rules provides for the purchase of 100% shares in Casinò di Venezia for thirty years lasting concession and time limit for receipt of requests for documents or for accessing documents is fixed at 4th March, 2014.
Time limit for receipt of requests of tenders or requests to participate is fixed at 17th March, 2014.
