This is the meaning of the provision contained in art. 194 of the 2021 Budget Bill, on the basis of which, according to what reported by agendadigitale.eu, "the discipline referred to in this article also applies to workers and collaborators of companies supplying goods or services and carrying out works in in favor of the public administration as well as to workers and collaborators of companies that hold public concessions, or companies that perform services or provide services subject to regulatory activity by the public administration ".
