The amendment proposing the "extension, to all contractual partners of the concessionaires, of the requirements established by the anti-mafia legislation was approved, in analogy with the regulation of the subcontracting of works and supplies to the Public Administration, meaning by contractual partners all business entities competitors in the so-called supply chain (producers, distributors, installers of equipment and tools of any nature, in charge of maintenance, collection and payment of proceeds (so-called «transport of valuables»)". In essence, in art. 13 paragraph 2, letter d) of the Delegating Law, the words have been added: "extension, to all contractual partners of the concessionaires, of the requirements established by the anti-mafia legislation, in analogy with the regulation of the subcontracting of works and supplies to the Public Administration, meaning by contractual partners all the subjects of companies competing in the so-called supply chain (producers, distributors, installers of equipment and tools of any nature, in charge of maintenance, collection and payment of proceeds (so-called «transport of valuables»)".
